Christian Union is going great, loving the medium group talks about Life Explored in Christianity. After the two meeting times, we all have dinner, and today we had desserts!! We had the regular brownies and ice cream, but we also had desserts from different cultures. I ate the Pandan Bread, Bubble Tea, Lamington Cake, Gajar Ka Hawla, and Ice Kachang. Pandan Bread is a Southeast Asian cake made from a pandan leaf that gives it its green color. The bubble tea is milk, tea, creamer, and taipoca pearls that originated from Taiwan. Lamington Cake is from Australia which is a chocolate sponge cake with shredded coconut. Gajar Ka Hawla is a carrot dessert dish from India. Ice Kachang is dessert from Singapore that is made out of shaved ice, grass jelly, red beans, and corn. So many desserts to taste, and it all tasted good!! My top 3 would have to be the bubble tea, Pandan Bread, and then the Lamington Cake.

Love,

Liv
